Q&A on St. Paul’s Challenges

The URC was excited to be a part of the conversation on Thursday about the St. Paul’s Redevelopment Project. Barbara Hamm Lee, a spokeswoman for People First and former chair of the NRHA, was joined by Eric Thompson, senior vice-president of wealth management at UBS Financial. The two fielded questions from religious leaders, community members, and St. Paul’s residents about challenges facing the upcoming redevelopment plan. Lee and Thompson further called on religious leaders to organize comprehensive services which would help St. Paul’s residents break the cycle of poverty.
